An international consultant provides personalized transition support which includes:

Site-specific research to address issues identified. Research may include:
- General appraisal of partner's employment options in host country
- Overview of educational/training opportunities
- Review of career enhancement alternatives for those who desire to work
- Identification of child care or elder care resources
- International clubs and organizations supporting Expatriate families

Each participant also receives access (24/7 for up to 1 month) to REA's Interactive On-Line Resource Center with personalized web account providing access to on-going peer support, networking opportunities and links to global resources.
