Executive Coaching
This customized, full service program is designed to address the unique requirements of Senior Executives. As a first step, an experienced Executive Coach will meet with each participant to conduct a personal assessment of the executive and spouse.

All services that follow will be tailored to the specific needs and career direction of the participant. Each client receives Executive Coaching for up to one year, (which may include a team of Executive Coaches).

Exclusive On-Line Career Center
Each participant receives access (24/7 for up to 1 year) to REA's Interactive Executive Office Cybertools with E-Calendar, E-Mail Web Access, Contact Manager, Campaign Manager, and access to peer support via on-line networking forums.
