This program offers participants a 2-Day Group Workshop that provides instruction, information and practice in all the essential elements of a successful job search campaign. These workshops also provide mutual support, interaction and idea exchange among participants and the REA consultant.

Group Workshops are followed by individual coaching via telecounseling, with REA's outstanding team of career consultants for three to six months to assist participants in the implementation of their specific job search strategy.
Each participant receives access (24/7 for up to 1 year) to REA's Interactive On-Line Career Center with personalized webpages providing valuable job search management tools, access to on-going peer support, and assistance with job search correspondence, networking, research and resume distribution.
A Comprehensive Career Management Manual which helps participants assess their career direction, hone their job search skills and conduct an efficient, high-powered self-marketing campaign that minimizes the time spent searching for the right job.
Professionally Prepared Resumes that get results. Resumes will also be designed for scannable and electronic formats.
Customized Research which can include targeted employer listings, company profiles, recruiters, professional associations and local job fairs.
Networking Contacts and Qualified Job Leads wherever possible.
Videos on Interviewing if needed to demonstrate and reinforce the key skills/techniques involved in successful employment interviews.
