This program is designed to assist the spouse/partner in making an informed decision about potential career opportunities in the destination area, prior to the employee accepting the relocation offer.

Local REA Consultants, who are familiar with job markets, employer networks, professional/community organizations, and contacts in the destination areas, will provide site-specific information about the individual's employment outlook.

The REA consultant will:

	Identify career goals and target markets
	Conduct site-specific research related to individual's job or career objectives including: Salary range information General labor market conditions Listing of potential employers Licensing/Certification Requirements
	Address specific concerns/needs

Each participant also receives access (24/7 for up to 1 month) to REA's Interactive On-Line Resource Center with personalized web account providing valuable information about the new area, community organizations and resources, targeted employers and potential job leads.
