Partner Career Assistance with Settling-In Support
for Expatriates and Repatriates
This program provides personalized counseling and resources to the job-seeking partners of international assignees. These customized services are designed to assist in exploring employment options and navigating through the local job market. Since some countries will not employ non-nationals, REA identifies career alternatives and finds innovative ways to help partners enhance their professional skills and remain productive while on assignment. In addition, the program helps partners assimilate and "get connected" in the new host country.
