REA can address the Acclimation and/or Career Assistance needs of accompanying partners involved in a corporate group move. The Settling In and Career Management Program options are further enhanced by workshops offered to participants in the origination and destination areas. An expanded group move program option also offers advance on-site preparation and research, networking, job development and unlimited pro-active follow-up.
Spouses/Partners participate in a practical, comprehensive workshop which will help them review the key elements of a successful job search. Topics include:

- Individuals are provided with a list of target companies in the destination area, based on their career preferences.
- A Career Consultant assists in identifying licensing requirements, networking possibilities in the new location, professional associations, recruitment firms, and potential job leads that match the partner's qualifications and interests.
To assist the partner in successfully establishing connections and making a smooth transition to their new community, REA provides customized area information. Information can include: Community Profiles, Local Resources and Organizations, School District Reports and Child/Elder Care options. Additional information to address the individual families' needs/ concerns can be provided during the Individual Follow-Up process.
On-going counseling is available through REA's toll free number until each spouse/partner has found satisfactory employment and is settled into the new area.
- REA will send a Consultant to the new location to conduct on-site research targeted to the specific needs of program participants. The Consultant will establish local Business Contacts and identify job openings, obtain important State Employment Service information, locate resources available through area Universities, Professional Associations and Local Chambers of Commerce, and address specific employment transition concerns as needed.
- A Career Consultant will provide pro-active follow-up with each spouse/partner until they find satisfactory employment or the career planning activity is complete.
