TARGETED TRANSITION PROGRAM:
Partner Settling-In Support - Making Connections for Expatriates and Repatriates

This program provides personalized counseling and resources to the partners of international assignees. These customized services are designed to help partners assimilate and "get connected" in the new host country or re-integrate as they return to their home country.

For companies that already have a Cross-Cultural Training Program benefit, this service can support and reinforce the on-going practical application of this information in the host countries.

Program Features

Partners are assisted by International Consultants located throughout the world, who have lived and worked abroad and are familiar with career and cross-cultural issues.
REA's services are available 7 days a week, during both daytime and evening hours.
Services are provided before, during and after the relocation.
Telecounseling Program: Gives partners the opportunity to receive services at their convenience and from the comforts of home.

Face-To-Face Program: Counseling is conducted at a location convenient for the spouse/partner. Initial needs assessment and counseling are conducted by telephone prior to meeting, to maximize productivity during the sessions.
